I am having an intermittent issue with my start stop buttons. When I press it to start a song I have cued up, the beat stammers, or essentially double beats before playing. It happens on both sides, and doesnt happen all the time. I am running the most updated drivers and firmware and am running ventura OS on a 2019 macbook with an i9 processor with 32GB Ram with a Solid State Drive. I am a moderator on a REV7 facebook group with over 9,300 users are many other members are experiencing the same thing. can anyone help?

File a ticket with Pioneer, they are trying to say it's a serato issue. It's an intermittent issue but still needs to be addressed.
File a ticket and record a video of the issue and email it to pioneer or do wjat I did , I uploaded it to my YouTube channel and sent the link. It's very frustrating.
