New mixer first steps
I hope this is the correct place for this topic , I recently purchased the DJM 900 It should arrive next thursday and I am wondering if it already has the latest firmware/drivers installed? I will be using it as my mixer for traktor , also do I need to register it on the website to obtain to warranty?

@Edward > You should check the firmware version as the mixer may have been on shelves / in a warehouse since the latest update was released. Check on this page for drivers and firmware. I will note, however, that the current drivers for the 900 are known to cause clicks with recording / Traktor -- this issue is being address and an update will be available sometime this month.

Pulse thank you for the quick reply, I'll just be waiting for the update then. What about the warranty? Do I need to register the serial number online? or Does it come with a card that I have to mail in.
Comes with a card.
There's a website for it too, varies depends on the country you're in.
It didn't come with a warranty card and I live in the USA where do I go to do this?
There's really nothing to do ... provided you have your sales-receipt, you have 1 year of warranty.
