CDJ 3000's Platter Sensitivity

Hello,

I am having trouble with my platter sensitivity while scratching with my CDJ-3000s.

While a track is paused the platters are sensitive and can move the track easily. While the track is playing I have to press down very firmly on the CDJ platter to get it to register. This isn't a problem I have had while using other CDJ 3000's, just my own. Is there a setting I can adjust to fix this?

Thanks for your help.

If you're concerned, you can have them adjusted - please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your players inspected and/or repaired. If you're within a year from date of purchase, the repairs would be covered by warranty.

That appears to be perfectly normal... is it the same for all your decks?

One deck tends to be less sensitive than the other. I thought that it was only a problem with one of my cdjs, but after playing on CDJ-3000 at a club and getting feedback from other DJs, I have found that both of my CDJs have sensitivity issues compared to other CDJ 3000s.
