Hot Cues not loading

I've got all my hot cues set up in Rekordbox, and they show on the waveforms on the XDJ-RX2 in green (Hot Cue A), but they are not lighting up the performance pad in green. They were doing before but not now. I've reformatted my usb flash stick and exported again from Rekordbox on my computer but still no joy.
