DJM 2000 cross faders - do they come off ?

Hello guys.

First pioneer mixer, coming form a a&h92 to the djm 2000.

I see the knobs come off. but wondering if the cross faders come off too.

I tried to take them out just to see if they come off and could not take them off.

Just wonder.

BriChi

they are the new p-lock faders, they are "locked" on but you can take them off, there are instructions

BriChi

directions in this article, for the 900 but the 2000 should be the same way http://www.djresource.eu/Topics/story/138/Pioneer-DJM-900nexus/

Nick Hilton

Hmmm? is the 2000 p lock i thought it was only the 900?

Emmanuel

According to this on the 900 has te p lock.
Of so the djm 2000 are hard as hell to come off.
So ate they p lock or not. Worried I might of destroyed a $2000+ mixer.

BriChi

Gavin

Please don't take them off. Why do you want to take them off?

Emmanuel

extremely curious person.

try to take them out them forcing them and figured it was odd and decided to ask.

funny how online only the nexus said p lock. Till i tried that, was not aware of that feature.

Gavin
