rev-7 Jog wheel issue

Hello,

I saw a ticket was opened for someone having a similar issue as me. 

The left jog wheel will slow down and than go backwards for a second. Sometimes it will not maintain sync it will slow down and sound distorted. You sometimes cannot adjust the sliders holding sync, it will physically move the whole wave form. One time the left deck had "thru" while there was no reason for this. Doesn't seem to happen on the right side, only the left jog

This happened now at 3 events and its really terrible. What is the solution?
