My usb wount load into my rx3.
Hello! I have recently lost my USB and went out to buy a (PNY elite steel 256GB 3.1 USB). i put the songs from my harddrive into the USB, and it worked fine on my computer. but when I put it into my RX3 it won't load and says E-8307: Device no response and doesn't load.
do I have to wipe the USB, put it in a new format and try again? i have tried to move the database but I'm not sure how to convert the library to rx3.
please help, I'm desperate!

Please make sure it's formatted HFS+ (macOS Journaled), FAT32, or exFAT, but even then, not all drives are compatible with every player.
