Control Vinyl Packaged w/ DJM-S11 Warped/Cupped
So, I just bought a new DJM-S11 and the Serato control vinyl that came in the box are both warped/cupped so bad that they are impossible to use. What options/recourse do I have to get this reconciled? Thx

Given how it's packaged, I'm a bit surprised, but you can always contact the retailer and see if they can replace it for you, or create a ticket with the support team in your region and the parts team can get you a replacement.
I'd recommend contacting the company from who you bought the S11 since it's a newly purchased product.
