DDJ1000 - Since firmware 1.05 update, Rekordbox 5.3.0 indicates Audio Unavailable

DDJ1000 - Since firmware 1.05 update, Rekordbox 5.3.0 on screen in the jog wheels, indicates Audio Unavailable. All cables seem ok as update of firmware was fine. Rekordbox recognises DDJ1000 when turned on.  All was ok before firmware update. Can't find any help elsewhere online.

Can anyone help? Thanks

Could have been a system update that disrupted things. I know I had to reinstall my drivers after Windows performed its last update.

@ben > Try opening the DDJ-1000 Driver Version Display Utility, then close it.

Pulse

Open rekordbox; the device should then work normally.

If it says it's not connected, have you considered verifying that your system recognizes the device is connected? Open the Windows device manager and see if the DDJ-1000 either does not show, or shows with an X or yellow exclamation mark.

Still the same thing -- open the Settings Utility and close it, then open rekordbox and it should work. If you're having issues after that, try rebooting your computer or reset the NVRAM.

Is your Deck 4 input selector set to an option other than USB-A ?
