Hooking up a DDJ 400 with a club sound system
Hey everyone,
I asked this in a sub-reddit but they weren't very pleasant, so I'll ask it here.
Basically, my bar manager said I could bring my DDJ 400 into the club -- just a smallish club. They have a DJM 700 mixer, with two CDJ 900s and I couldn't figure them out. They have two RCA cables running out of channel 2 and 3 (the two middle ones); I'm just wondering what RCA cable should connect to my DDJ 400 RCA output?
They suggested I plug an end of the RCA cable running into the back of one of the CDJs into the back of my controller?
Thanks:)

Hey Adam,
You could absolutely run your DDJ master output into one of the DJM's channel inputs with a pair of RCA cables, either those from one of the CDJs or your own into an empty channel. Just make sure your levels are as loud as you like'm on the channels and master, then adjust the trim on the DJM for that channel and bring up the channel fader.
Have fun!
Thank you! Sorry for the delayed reply.
By the off chance, how would I connect an FLX6? I'm thinking about buying one
Adam,
Same way - RCA output from the FLX6.
Would that be the booth output? :)
The booth output would be connected from the other mixer - just control it there.
