Headphone cues not working - master always coming through
I have a new Pioneer DDJ-SB3 and the headphone cues have simply stopped working. The master always comes through my headphones (I've tried multiple), even when I de-select master and select channel 1/2. The master plays through the speakers as it should.
Is there a solution to this issue, or is my hardware broken?

You likely have the DDJ configured as the computer's main audio interface, so Serato can't gain exclusive access to the audio. Check that first, and if you still have problems, please create a ticket with the support team in your region for further assistance in resolving this issue.
I have the opposite problem Serato Software. 2 different laptops same problem Sound only in Channel Cue and not (or maybe very faint) in Master Cue and not at all in master.
