XDJ-XZ-N, sound color fx not working properly
Color FX not working correctly. With knobs at the 12 o’clock position, when either effect activated it sound like the knob is at the 7 o’clock position.
Re-flashed the firmware to the most current; no change.

One thing you didn't show is what happens if you rotate the CFX knob all the way left, all the way right, then back to the 12 o'clock position?
I’ve twisted the knob all the way left and right multiple times and the effect is still being manipulated but it’s off center. To turn the CFX off I have to rotate it to 4 o-clock. When the knob is off at 12 o-clock position it’s effecting the sound as if it’s at 9 0-clock. The video attached explains my issue better.
