ddj 400 not detected by rekordbox ,but only can detected by djay app on cellphone

my ddj 400 ,was not detected by rekordbox in windows 7 and windows 10 , virtual dj ,serato ,and any dj software ... in rekordbox ,it can detect sound card from ddj400 ,but no midi to show ,i have already try to install firmware driver ,win and mac .....so far i can only use ddj 400 through djay app in cellphone,please help...thank you
