Rekordbox 4.0.8 won't start

Rekordbox 4.0.8 won't start

Starting up Rekordbox 4.0.8. an error occurs, saying; can't find accesspoint K32GetMappedFileNameW rekordbox in DLL file KERNEL32.dll

What to do? I recently ran Rekordbox 3.3.0 without any problems.
