i think he means why cant he use the jogwheel when the deck is stopped
Mine moves, it just jumps back to the cue point when you release the jog - this is normal intended operation.
When a load track in deck 1, I try to move but is adjust cue Jog wheel dont do, I need play before and pause. After that I can move the track with the Jog Wheel!
Move the jog, press cue. What's hard about that?
