XDJ XZ locked
Good afternoon,
I'm in serious trouble at XZ,
When you press the power button it loads normally.
when it finishes it hangs and has no action,
stays on and locked.
Please, can anyone help me.

Estou com problema serio na XZ,
Quando aperta o botão de ligar ela carrega normalmente.
quando finaliza ela trava e não tem ação nenhuma,
fica liga e travada.
por favor alguém pode me ajudar.

What happens when you press and hold the UTILITY button? Do you get the utility menu?
If that's a Corsair Voyager Extreme (the one that is housed in a tube), then it's possible it won't work with the XDJ; we've had issues with those drives in our products in past.
Please try using another USB drive, and perhaps try updating the firmware - links and instructions here.
then, on the screen, this is locked also nothing works. About the pendriver it worked perfectly, now I have 5 other models of pendriver and nothing works ... as in the video. if you could restore from factory ...

It has the latest version: 1.12.
when updating it recognizes the pendriver.
however it already says that it is already updated by version 1.12.
Unfortunately there is no "factory reset" function, the firmware update would effectively do that, but as you already have the latest firmware, it's possibly a hardware issue -- I'll direct you to please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Yes, I already sent them an email today, I'll call them tomorrow. It is in the guarantee date of manufacture 02/2020.
