DJM S9- yet another hot cue issue
I have read all threads- and purchased my S9 thinking- yeah cool issues will be sorted- latest updates-
great 1st run at home
second run- so began the weirdness
Whats with the fact that if I tap the first cue pad repeatedly the third on then lights up and sets as a cue?
Also loop issues whilst in set-
DJ FX with a latency delay???
This makes me and your other customers look unprofessional for £1269 I don't think we should have to compromise because of poor mapping. I also have a Rane 62- and have not one firmware issue.
Sorry to rant- feel frustrated that so much design has gone into a mixer that is hindered by the software/firmware issues. Stand alone un touchable.

Regarding the latency, what is your setting in the preferences?
Latest versions of everything- still doing it in the mix- fully frustrating when you going in. So more than one tap none of the other hot keys do it.

Sorry, the Serato settings (or DJM Settings Utility) will show you the audio buffer / latency setting. What is it at?
Are you able to capture this on video? It would help if trying to describe it to our product teams.
Hot cue issue. The hot cue top left side stays on. I just bought the s9 Saturday!!!!, 1600 bucks and not even a week old and it's a problem. I'm running the latest form were. So that's not a issue. Serato DJ pro and still problems. Please help!!!!
