Of course not, macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) was JUST released as beta yesterday. We won't have support for it until after it has already been made public and we've had the chance to test all hardware, drivers, and software.
I'm not surprised. Rekordbox has never supported the a new Mac OS version initially. Support for the new OS will be posted here when available.
Note that this isn't specific to Rekordbox, many Mac OS apps fail to function properly when the new OS is released. I'd always leave it a while before upgrading... especially if it's your studio or live production machine.
