DDJ 1000 800 - Holding shift to slide grid is very glitchy
performing a grid slide on the 1000 and 800 is glitchy and takes a while to kick in, sometimes the tunes tune skate arooound until the software realises you are trying to slide the grid, please make action instant

Are you doing that while the track is playing?
when the track is stopped, you have to jiggle the jog wheel back and forth while holding shift on the ddj1000 and ddj800 until the software realises you are not pitch bending but trying to perform a grid slide.
been like this for years.
Do you have vinyl mode ON or OFF?
The unit sends different commands on each case
