CDJ850 suddenly stops playing

Sometimes, when playing usb my first track just seems to stop after 20sec or so. first the sound goes down and it plays on for a few seconds without it and then displays END on the screen.

I own 2 cdj850's and have had this problem with both of them. I use rekordbox usb's (16gb kingston, both sticks are the same).
