DJM 450
Recently purchased this product which is so far really good, but I’m trying to access Rekordbox to utilise the DJ function and the DVS but I can’t find anywhere to enter my licence key ???

rekordbox 6 does not require a license key, it is unlocked via the hardware connected to it, and the related functions as well. As long as you have activated a free account on the MY PAGE panel, you're good to go.
Ive done that but when in rekordbox and i switch mixer over to computer nothing is happening???? HELP
Are you using rekordbox in PERFORMANCE mode?
Hello thanks for your support and comments back, its now in performance mode and i can see the virtual decks, Is the Rekordbox Dj only able to play on your laptop or can I mix using the mixer too. hope this makes sense

You're able to use the mixer, but to control the decks you'll need some kind of MIDI device or controller. You could also use DVS control as the DJM-450 includes that functionality as part of the hardware unlock.
Ok cool, so I'm guessing if i want to use the DVS all i need to buy is the timecoded vinyl

Ehi pulse, i'm calm, i don't have to use any license key for rekordbox dj and dvs? just a hardware link, as you said before? I want to buy used the 450 djm.
@AchiSagit > As you can see on the rekordbox 6 compatibility page, the DJM-450 acts as a hardware unlock device for DVS without any additional cost (it's not marked as "Paid"), so yes, simply connecting a DJM-450 to rekordbox 6 will unlock that function.
