Licence Key

The license key on the back of any product is not the license key to unlock rekordbox; that is provided on a separate black card within the product packaging.

If you have purchased the DDJ-RX used, the previous owner would also have to contact us to unlink their email address from the rekordbox license so it could be activated again. However, as a rekordbox license is not tied to the product, there is no obligation by the owner to also sell the rekordbox license when selling the hardware. If they have chosen to keep the rekordbox license themselves, you will have to purchase one in order to use rekordbox.

My first recommendation would be to contact the seller -- if they did agree that they were selling their rekordbox license with the controller, they'll have to request a license release using this form.

but i can't contact to him he just buy the controller and now i don't know where can i found him      so what can i do to use my controller ?

i just need my license key   and if u need anything to make sure I'm here and my controller front of me so tell me what can i do to get my license key very fast ?

If the seller did not provide the license, we can't force them to give it up or to remove it from them. In this case, your only option is to purchase one at rekordbox.com. Sorry!

Hi. I have just purchased my DDJ-400. i have downloaded and created an account. I have the licence key here but where do i imput it to un lock the software?
