RekordBox DJ Activation Key Lost
I lost my RB card with the activation key,can anyone tell me if there is a way to retrieve it ?

Short answer: Sorry but unfortunately we can't provide a replacement key.
Long answer: We can't provide replacement keys because a user could sell a controller but decide to keep the rekordbox dj license themselves. The new owner of the hardware could then claim to have "lost" the key when they never received one in the first place.
I'm sorry but I hope you understand this policy.
I 'm the only owner of the brand new hardware unit purchased at sweetwater and have not even registered it yet and pretty sure i had to have tossed the card in the trash.You don't think by account and serial numbers they can't see this and see that it is new and not resold?
Sorry, there's no "match" between the hardware serial and the software licence key included in the package.
What a fucking joke! I lost my key too. As if you wouldnt save it against the users account after activation you idiots

Simply file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
But I'd recommend against calling them idiots...
