Is the Model 1 mixer and RB compatible? Or is RB only compatible with Pioneer products

It will work as an audio device, but you wouldn't be able to use it for DVS purposes.
The CDJ 2000nxs2 will still be 100% functional with RB or will there be conflict? I've never looked outside Pioneer products
Yes - the CDJ doesn't require any specific mixer in order to perform HID control.
