hi i have a macbook pro and i have my music with my playlist in the primary disk and i have put a second disk in the optical dvd and i want to put my music in this without lost my playlist and cues.

So move the music folder to that drive then perform a mass-relocation following the instructions here.
yes i have see this but the problem is that the music is in many folders and subfolders.
Are they not all within one master folder?
no it was in the hdd in many folders and subfolder
Two options...
1) Recreate the same folder structure on the new drive so you can do a mass-relocation (the difference would end up being the volume name if everything else remains the same).
2) Brew some coffee, organize your music properly, and spend some time relocating as much as you can in several batches.
