Hello,

I am thinking of making a transition from Serato to Rekordbox. I have been playing around withe the Performance mode and i kind of like it.

A cool feature of Serato is the midi map feature.

Is it possible in Rekordbox to midi map the Release FX to a button i don't use?

I am on the DDJ-SR.

That unfortunately was the only feature I didn't try to map last time I worked with MIDI map in Rekordbox. I will say that the Release FX aren't actually required and can be emulates or replicated using the Pad FX (echo and vinyl brake specifically). Backspin just requires slip mode.

If anyone knows of those can be mapped, please let us know!

Thanks for your reply. I have tried the pad fx with the spinback and it works solid. Thanks for the suggestion.
