Hello all,
All of you may have failed in installing the DDJ-RB driver.
Will you please download the driver depending on your computer OS from the links below?
Please follow the instructions in page 11 of the DDJ-RB manual for details of the installation.

Hi,
Same problem here my friend. Let's pray for some help.
Regards
Really disappointed I've owned alot of pioneer controllers never had this issue with serato.... there must be something pionner can do I've followed all previous threads but still nothing .... works fine if I disable signatures but if I cmd onto the driver has error 52
I have the correct driver installed ... the only way to get the driver to operate correctly is to disable the signatures when I boot laptop up.... other wise the driver fails .... why is it failing if I don't disable the signatures ....I have been round and round trying to fix this trying all solutions in previous posts aswell .... what shall I do now
The same thing happens with the DDJ-SZ and Windows 7. Pioneer Tech Support was extremely rude to me yesterday when I called tech support for assistance. The tech hung up on me. Honestly, they have a driver issue with many of their products and the newest drivers. No one can give me a straight answer as to why. I tried an older sys driver for my SZ and can get it to connect without the F8 key, using the new driver, I have use the F8 key. They tell me it's an issue with my laptop, I have told them otherwise. I do IT work for a living and they do not want to own up to the problem. They are telling me to reformat my computer and reinstall. That is not the issue as my laptop was rebuilt not too long ago with a clean install, new SSD drive.
Hello all,
Will you please create an inquiry from the link below if you want to receive technical support?
