DDJ-RB is connected but won't work and no sound

My DDJ-RB controller is connected and I have installed rekordbox & drivers but my controller won't work, I can only use rekordbox internally. My speakers are also connected but no sound is coming out.

What OS are you using?  Have you tried updating OS and sound card drivers?
