Switching from DVS to regular vinyl mid set

If I am playing using DVS on a DJM 450, can i switch from USB input on the mixer to phono and play a regular vinyl record, then switch back to USB and use the DVS timecode through rekordbox DJ again?

Yes; just switch the channel selector on the DJM from USB to PHONO.

Can I ask how you would do this on the DDJ -RR, looking at the controls it doesn't appear possible?

Pulse

@Andy > Same thing on the RR; switch the input selector from the virtual deck channel to the LINE/PHONO input and the turntable input will bypass the software (you'll see "EXTERNAL" or "THRU" - I forget what it shows on the deck!)

Does this also apply to the DJM250? Mix a DVS into a vinyl and back?

Pulse

@Louis > It's the same for any DVS-capable hardware, including the DJM-250MK2; the DJM-250 (original model) doesn't support DVS.
