New NXS2 players - What's up with the jog/nudge wheel?
Hi,
Just got the NXS2 players, and the jogwheels are so loose, when I touch them I get a plastic clicking sound from the plastic wabbling around. I'm guessing it's not supposed to be like this? Upgrade from DDJ-RZ, and those jogs were tight and perfectly fit.
Please advice!

The RZ has a capacitive, solid, one-piece platter as it has no moving parts. It reacts to touch the same way your smart phone screen does. The CDJ platter is pressure sensitive and consists of many parts. There are all sorts of springs and ball bearings under there. While they may be noisier than the DDJ jog wheels, the performance is actually better.
Thank you for the explanation!
It's a known thing that the NXS2 platter set all the way to "hard" is still looser than original 2000NXS (although Pioneer claims they use the same parts).
