no prelistening with headphones
When the music is playing through the computer, it is not possible to pre-listen with the headphones connected to the dj-set.
I tried several things I read already but nothing is working. Can you please advice what to do.
We have Rekordbox 1.15.3 and the latest firmware (1.02) is installed.
The strange thing is when we press CUE1 or 2, the music start playing louder from the computer.

The current version is 4.2.5, please consider updating.
What's your dj-set?
You need to install the audio driver of the dj-set into your computer.
We have dj-set DDJ-RB.
The firmware already was installed. Do I need to install something extra. If yes, please details were I can find this.
I checked the rekordbox version and it is 4.2.5 ;-)
