XDJ-RX Search
Hello,
just curious in what fields does the XDJ-RX perform search? Is it the file name or a combination of specific tags?

Artist /album/track/key/playlist/history/search/folder/pioneer recordings
Playlist been my favourite cos that's what I export my tracks to via rekordbox.search also allows you to scroll through a keyboard selecting letters to find your specific track.there is also a tag list button on the device below the screen for quick access to any tracks you have tagged

thanks for the answer but I am not sure I made my self clear. When I enter the "search" menu of the XDJ and type letters, where are these letters looked up from? Is it the title tag of the mp3 file or the file name itself, or and other tag? It does not perform a search on the comments tag for sure. Which I would like to have as a feature. But for now I need to know where I can put my special small notes so I can find when I make a alphabetic search on the XDJ not the PC.
It's the name of the track or the artist ,that it searches ,type in the artist or track name and it will appear,if you are wanting to add notes maybe try change the track name your self before you export it and add the note along side it.
