right panel of my pioneer xdj-rx doesn't work
hello kind plz help me i bought pioneer XDJ-RX yesterday and i am facing these issues
right panel is not working but the left one is working perfectly and i tried to connect it to rekordbox (free version) but i can't via USB nor LAN cable

Sounds like a hardware issue. Did you buy it new from an authorized retailer? If so, you can exchange it for a new one. If not, your best option is to contact your nearest authorized repair center.
thank you @ Mark Gallo for your response, now right panel is working too, i activated rekordbox dj 30 days of trial and suddenly its started working even if i disconnected computer with pioneer dj
Ahhh. I didn't realize you were using the free version. That was certainly the problem. Glad you figured it out!
