DDJ wego 3 problem

Hi guys i have been using my ddj wego3 for about 6 months now, its been running perfectly fine up until now, im having problems with my 2 channels, when my channels are turned off through the headphones tbe sounds comes out the speakers fine as soon as i cue a song in and click which channel i want to here through the headphones a crackling noise comes throuhh both headphones and speakers this is the case for both channels, everythings plugged in right and iv tested the obvious but im still having no look sorting the problem, in starting to think the problem is actually withing the dj controller it self has anyone else had a problem like this before?
