We're currently working on making the LOOPMASTERS SAMPLE PACK and Demo projects (provided) as a download for anyone that has purchased a TORAIZ SP-16.

Hi Oper-8, I am not from Pioneer, but I noticed that they have fixed this. Get the sample pack and installation instructions in the Pioneer FAQ, Question 3:
