Rekordbox management does not work with Creative Soundblaster sound cards

When using Windows 10 and rekordbox 4.2.x, rekordbox is unable to load tracks when a creative soundblaster Zx sound card is installed, and will crash when trying to load tracks.  The first time you attempt to start rekordbox and load a file after installing the new sound card, it will prompt you to change your audio settings.  The creative sound card outputs are listed, but when selected, the application will crash.  I've included the dump file from this crash below, please feel free to ask for additional information.  But the software was working just fine on motherboard integrated audio, and I do not believe I had this problem with rekordbox 3.x at all.
