Hi,

 

I had signed up for Rekordbox DJ on the monthly subscription plan. I have since purchased a DDJ-RZ which has it's own license. Therefore I have cancelled the monthly subscription through My Commerce.

However, when I open Rekordbox to activate it again with the license key that came with the DDJ-RZ, the Activate option is still greyed out.

Do I have to wait until the remainder of the current month's billing cycle runs out for Rekordbox to deactivate, so that I can reactivate it?
