the driver windows don't run . the djm is connected but no sound output and input. no signal when i look in the windows recording preference
i know it's possible to make an request to the support team with an specific form
you're in the DJM forum which is good, there was a way to create an actual ticket but i haven't seen that in a while, i think they may just read over here now, although I put in a forum post on something a week ago and heard nothing so who knows!
Y es but i use an 32 bits app but no signal. I use the input 1/2 in the configuration on the djm. Same result with two computers
You've already posted to another topic about the same issue. Please try using a different recording software; Audacity is NOT capable of interfacing with ASIO drivers without jumping through a few hoops.
