Cannot update XDJ-RX from 1.7 to 2.1
I've tried two different sticks.
It just sits there with a message to put in usb device.

remove the file from the folder and place only the file on the usb.
Also be sure the stick is formatted as FAT32.
Hi, both sticks are formatted as FAT32. I've reformatted and tried that.
The .UPD file is on the root directory, nothing else.
My western digital 250gb doesn't work and I also have tried a small USB stick from staples and neither worked.
When I plug them in, activation lights blink as if the drives are being accessed, but no update occurs.
"Connect USB storage device into top USB1 port." never goes away.
nothing is connected to cdj. If that was your next question...
What OS do you use on your computer?
