XDJ-RX Master Att. dont Safe after Device Reboot
Hey Pioneer
i have the following problem. In XDJ-RX Settings the option Master Att. doesnt safe after device reboot. I have 8 inch speakers in a quite small room and i use -6db Master att. and when i reboot the device themaster att. shows -6 db but is on 0, when i change the master att. from -6 to 0 and back to -6 it sounds right. Is this a bug or a wanted feature..? its quite tired to switch it back every time.

Could the support please answer my question?
I tested it on my XDJ-RX here and it stores the setting after both powering-down and removing the power completely (and leaving it for 5 minutes). Have you updated to firmware 2.0? That might have been an unlisted change.
hey Pulse, thanks for the answer, and yes i have always the newest Firmware on my device since i bought it. and nope.. the settings only stores visual, if you reboot the device it shows -6 master att. but it sounds like 0. when you change it from -6 to 0 and back to -6 you clearly hear the difference. and i have this "bug" since i bought my device.
@Le Mac > The 2.0 firmware was released just a week ago - if you have the same firmware since you bought it, you certainly need to update it.
No Pulse :D i meant that i keep the Firmware up to Date since i bought this Device, i have the Problem with Master att since i Day 1. I have actually the Firmware 2.0
so on Pulse can you give me some Information about my Problem?
as i already said my Xdj-rx firmware is up to date on version 2.0. I have this problem since i bought my xdj-rx. The Master att. save only "visual".
example:
i set the master att- -6 db in the settings and play a track and everything sounds ok.
After a device restart i can switch into the settings and the master att- is -6 db like it should be, but i can hear the difference that this setting isnt -6 db. If i switch it back from -6 to 0 and back again the sound is lower like it should be in the -6 db range
so the problem is that the Master att. just save as "visual" and not really in the hardware settings.
regards
Marv
That actually provides more information -- you didn't say before that the setting remained the same but the problem was with the audio levels... I'll have to look into that.
