PIONEER DDJ-SX no lights

First of all - Keep Calm - there is a reason for your "failure" but we need some more Informations.

If you Power On your Pioneer DDJ-SX with Power Supply Plugd the Unit should Flash all LED from the Top of Unit straigt to the Pads

If thats not the Case, your Problem could only be an Hardware Fault ore an Fault Power Supply.

If its Working Normal, Try to Connect the Unit with your PC (Windows?/Mac?)

If your Operating system Detects the Unit (Installs the Driver etc... ) The Unit should Stay in Operating Mode with Some LED Lighting ON and Most LED are OFF.

After that, start Serato - wait until it finaly Start Up and Try to Push the Master CUE Button, it should LIght UP.
If so - The Unit should Work "Normal"

Good friends I have a problem with my DDJ-Sx I have only 2 weeks using

Hi, is this the first time you're wanna connect the unit? Does the problem gets solve if you switch to a different usb port? If you power on the SX the unit flashs's all lights on from the Top to the bottom, does it?

The worst case scenario is to ship the unit to an pioneer authorized technical for a full service.

damaged,

but it is 5v 3A, take the controller to a technician who maintains

Hi, its easy to get the original replacement power supply hear in Germany but its not that cheap. I think inside the power supply Is a transformator that is needed to work with the unit. Maybe the cheaper replicas don't have it.
So give it a try, in germany we have a 30 days money back rights in online orders.
