vinyl scratch on ddj-rz
I DONT KNOW HOW TO SHUT OFF THE VINYL SCRATCH MODE OFF ON THE JOG WHEELS ON THE DDJ-RZ. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS FUNCTION?

Look at the button label beneath the SLIP button - it says VINYL in a white box. Any label in a white box indicates that you hold the SHIFT button and press that button for the secondary function. So in this case, SHIFT + SLIP = VINYL mode change.
