Ddj-rx cannot update firmware

Hi, every time I load up rekordbox, it prompts me to update firmware.

ive downloaded the .jar file, installed Java, turn on unit with shift cue, I get the flashing vu meters but it does not attempt to update firmware? Am I missing something? Followed the destructions to a t. but no joy.

No, I cannot get the updater to start?

Try re-downloading the updater with another browser; sometimes Safari can screw it up.
