My Mixer is less than 3 months old and the paint has been chipping away around the cross fader area since week 1.

What's the process for getting this fixed?

This is extremely annoying.

@D.Time > Sorry about that, there was an issue with the paint treatment on the original batch. Simply contact your nearest authorized repair centre and they will replace the faceplate for you free of charge.
