bonjour, je viens d' acquérir un DDJ-RB et j' ai un petit soucis de configuration.

en effet tout semble fonctionner mais lorsque je veux faire sortir le son par le controlleur et non par l' ordinateur, j' ai un message d' erreur.

quelqu'un aurais la solution ?

Is it a message that the ASIO driver could not be opened?

I have the same problem when I try to select "DDJ-RB ASIO" in the Audio settings. Further Windows doesn't recognizes the DDJ-RB as an audio device so it's not possible to select it in Windows audio settings as a device. The exact error message in recordbox: "Error while opening "DDJ-RB ASIO" - Error while opening". The same problem occurs when using the DDJ-RR and it's "DDJ-RR ASIO" item in rekordbox audio settings.

The controller functions in rekordbox work without any problems, only the sound output doesn't work.

While installing the audio drivers a Windows message occured that said the driver was not signed and may not work.

@Brian > You need to run all of your Windows updates; it sounds like you don't have the latest driver signature files in your system to match the certificates on the Pioneer DJ driver files.

Install all of your pending Windows updates, then uninstall the drivers (either through the control panel or the driver folder on the start menu). Restart the computer, reinstall the drivers with the DDJ disconnected, then reboot again and all should be well.

Did you install the driver for the first time after installing rekordbox 4.1.2?
Or, did you update the already-installed rekordbox to 4.1.2? If so, which version did you use before updating to 4.1.2?

Estou com o mesmo problema, estava tudo bem com o meu controlador, recebo uma notificação para actualizar o rekordbox e a DDJ RB não e detectada pelo windows, e dá-me o mesmo erro da DDJ RB ASIO. Já estou sem controlador ah 5dias, o meu controlador já foi para a loja onde a comprei caso não consigam resolver o meu problema irei querer o meu dinheiro de volta.

@Oliver > Please try the following: 

First:

  1. Unplug your RB
  2. Uninstall your RB driver
  3. Restart your PC
  4. Run any Windows updates you may not yet have installed
  5. SHUT DOWN (not restart) your PC
  6. Install the RB driver
  7. Restart your PC
  8. Open rekordbox
  9. Connect your RB
  10. Check the preferences

If that doesn't work...

Try putting Windows into Disable Driver Signing mode and tell me if that works:

  1. Click the Start menu and select Settings.
  2. Click Update and Security.
  3. Click on Recovery.
  4. Click Restart now under Advanced Startup.
  5. Click Troubleshoot.
  6. Click Advanced options.
  7. Click Startup Settings.
  8. Click on Restart.
  9. On the Startup Settings screen press 7 or F7 to disable driver signature enforcement.

FYI: After restarting again, driver signing will be re-enabled.

Any suggestions for Windows 7? im having the same issue also. have even completed a clean windows install with no joy :(

@Benjamin > Have you done all available Windows Updates? It's likely because of the driver-signing not matching the registered list because it's out-of-date. There are also 5 options for you to try here if that's not the case.

Все тоже самое на вин.10 по сле отключения цифровой подписи проблемма уходит до перезагрузки компютара . Как перезагрузил проблемма вернулась. А можите прописать драйверу Цыфровую подпись???
