please could pioneer dj include the option in a future update of turning off the bpm display, as some of us actually like to mix for real,

Or... just ignore it.

Having the BPM showing is not any less "real" than having it hidden, nor is using SYNC.

These are all tools for your use, if you choose not to use them, so be it. Carpenters created power tools because it's quicker, more convenient and in many cases more powerful than doing the same tasks by hand. I can beatmatch by ear all day long, but I can hit the sync button and spend more time mixing or finding the right track.
