Decksaver for CDJ 2000nxs2
Has anyone bought a pair of these?
I have and have had to send them back as they just don't fit!
They are too tight and can't even force them to fit.
The old nxs1 covers fitted perfectly with no effort whatsoever.
I think there is a manufacturing fault with theses, or I've been unlucky to get a rogue pair.

I bought a pair. I found them tight but can get them on with a bit of manipulation. My cdj NXS 2's and djm 900 NXS 2 all sit in individual Swan flight cases too so I just assumed it was a squeeze because of the foam lining of the flight cases.

When you say a bit of manipulation, is it quite an effort?
These I had show no sign of fitting even with force!
So in comparison. My Rane 62 decksaver would simply drop into place and feel like it was seated properly. All 3 of the Nxs2 decksavers I place them on top and then have to physically click them downwards on all 4 sides to get them in place. Worse on my mixer. Thinking about it - yes they feel too tight really. I'm figuring they will loosen a tad over time

Thanks for the info Chris - Sounds the same as my experience.
I may try them again and see if they give any.
Or simply trim the edges so they fit better.
Wow! Good to know. I almost ordered a pair yesterday. I will wait or email decksaver before i order mine.
Decksaver have asked me to email them and they'll get back to me tomorrow.
I'll see what they say and let you know.
I got a pair last week and they fit perfectly, they even included some skins
Strange.
Do you have them fitted snuggly onto the decks or just sitting on them?
Decksavers sent me replacements but were also the same.
Not sure if there's a nack to fitting them but I place them over the back first then lower the front.
My CDJs must be a bit bigger :D
they're snuggly on the decks, I have decksavers for almost all my gear & these fit the same as everything else
