Firmware update CDJ and DJM/nxs2 and how are people getting it early?

Just curious if updating the new nxs2 equipment to the latest firmware will be the same steps as the previous nxs line or is there a different way?

NXS2, 3.1 usb support?

Does the CDJ nxs2 support 3.1 usb drives or only 3.0?

Also, I'm curious how some people have the nxs2 line already, youtube, posting online etc... I thought this was a mid to late February release?

Release dates vary globally, sometimes one region will receive it in advance of another.

The firmware update will most likely be via USB-to-computer for the mixer, and firmware on a USB drive connected to the player for the CDJ.

The firmware update for the DJM900NXS2 is now done via USB key instead of Ethernet Cable.
