very slow platter response
my RX platters have become very slow to respond. Unable to scratch or even seek tracks. Anyone have this issue?

The issue is likely the buffer size; increasing it will resolve the issue, it's not a hardware problem.
Yep. Since a Week. Before that, i had only problems with slow responding of th hole Controller when playing on all 4 Decks. Pulled the Buffer to 30 ms helped. But the Jog's stayed on "Slow Motion". Tested on 2 Computers.

Thanks for the info. Took it back to the dealer, looks like a hardware fault on mine so they will swap it out

We tested this at the dealer and it turned out to be a hardware issue.
If they think so and another unit is working properly at the same settings, then I'm glad they were able to resolve that for you!
