No master volume lights on my DDJ SX2
I just picked up a DDJ SX2 the other day, and everything seems to be working fine, except the master volume LEDs do not light up. All channel lights work, and its spitting out sound from the master, but I get no lights to monitor my levels. I have everything updated, but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks

Engineers feel it's a hardware fault; please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to arrange to have the controller serviced.
I'm having the same problem.... everything looks like it should be working but the master volume lights are dead
What software are you both using?

I'm an idiot. Just wasn't turning the master volume up enough.
I have Serato DJ Pro. I'm having the same issue, everything lights up except the master volume lights, they are dead, I followed the suggestions in this thread but to no avail.
